The patent is going to be granted for the king’s “super-sandwich” technique by using aircraft to warm n cold clouds at different altitudes to make rain.
The progression is consist of using chemicals to trigger rainfall in clouds, and his technique particularly success in the target areas.
The Thai king involves a number of environmental and agricultural projects. This is going to be the fourth patent that he awards.
